I am having major problems with my images not loading. This seems to happen at least once every evening (18.00 GMT) for up to an hour. Obviously this concerns me as during this time I am getting zero exposure. I have opened a support case but in the meantime was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues, especially UK users? I am sure there is not a problem with my computer as I can't understand why it would be intermittent if it was, also I have experienced this on my work pc as well. When the pictures are not loafing the Auctiva website is also not responding meaning that I cant access forums, listing, support case etc during these periods.
I need to find out whether this is a common problem as I cannot afford to lose this much time on eBay; I'm hoping that it is something that will be resolved as I have had my template programmed for Auctiva so I don't want the cost of getting this re-done, besides I really do not want to re-list 100 auctions through a new provider!
