Images not showing in Auctiva / Ebay

I am tearing my hair out.

Have sold on Ebay on and off over the years without any issues.

Last week I created 142 listings using Turbolister but when I uploaded them to EBay none of the images were there. I have tried numerous times and cannot get Turbolister to overcome this. I have completely removed Turbolister from my PC now.

So, I joined Auctiva and imported the active listings without images. I uploaded images to Auctive - which worked fine.

BUT I then tried matching/adding images to the listings and they just disappear.

It appears the only way I can add images to the active listings is via the EBay revise a listing method.

Having added images to some of my listings this way I checked back on Auctiva and still the thumbnails are not showing.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Sorry I am clueless to what problem could be, however, I would sure write support with details, examples of listings, etc.
