Please can someone help me. For the last week all my new listings that I have created in auctiva and posted to ebay are missing images and the auctiva scrolling bar is blank. I normally add about 10 pics to each of my listings but only the gallery picture is being displayed in ebay. I have tried to revise my lisitng directly through ebay and somehow the images are there but they do not show in any other view apart from revised listing page. Also when creating my listing in auctiva, I am able to add several images but then when I click on preview I get a script error message and none of my pictures are displayed.
I have contacted auctiva support for hep with this but am still waiting for the prob to be resolved. As I sell approx 500 items per month this is really affecting me. Has anyone got any suggestions please,
