Images not showing up on roller

It seems like I have to start an auction with an image or else it won't show on the roller. That is to say, if I start an auction with no pic at first and then add one later (on ebay) it still won't show up on the roller. Is there a way i can get AUctiva to import my auctions again? The auction that I had going and was imported when i first registered with Auctiva shows it's gallery pic on the roller.
