Hi.

Signed up for Auctiva and it transferred my active ebay listings. I've then gone on to create my listings and some revisions.

However, I notice that when I go to 'Listings - Active' on Auctiva although all my listings show up (including newly created ones and revisions), many of the images don't show as thumbnails.

Since this also means the Scrolling Gallery feature doesn't show the images/thumbnails it's obviously an issue.

What's going wrong?

(Odd thing is that it does work for some, but mostly not. I tried everything I can think of including editing a listing, removing all images and hidden html, and then adding them back in; images thru Auctiva and ebay for the main/first image, and html by copying/pasting from working listings).

Help? Thanks.

Reading another post on the forum it seems the Scrolling Gallery images are only done once and it's necessary to contact Auctiva (raise a Support Case) to have them updated. I think this might be my problem.

UPDATE: I submitted a Support Case and it was confirmed that I had done everything right, it was just that the Auctiva system can be rather slow at some times to update listings. I'll post their full reply below to assist others.
Support Case Response:
"Hello,

The system is supposed to automatically reconcile against changes that you make in eBay (such as changing or adding pictures) and then automatically update the Active Listings and Scrolling Gallery. But as you have seen here it can often take longer than we would like. We are looking into correcting this and will do so as soon as we can.

In the meantime we invite you to send a support request as you have done in this case and we will manually run the process that forces this to complete. I have done so now and am seeing all of the images. If you take a look and still see something missing let me know what it is and I will investigate further for you as necessary.

Cheers,
Auctiva Support"
