Hi,

When you say "Folder", do you mean Store Category as in your items are moving from one Store Category to another?

A change of Image Folder at Auctiva wouldn't cause an image URL link change / store problem, so I'm guessing at what / why eBay would point to Auctiva. If I'm correct in my guess, are you doing updates to the Store categories and NOT syncing those changes to Auctiva each time in the Auctiva Account preferences (look in the eBay Settings for the "Update Store Categories From eBay" button)?

Hi Danno

By folder I mean the folder I put my listings in.
Like Dresses in the Dress folder,
Shirts in the Shirts Folder.

For some reason My skirts, shirts, pants etc keep going back to my Dress folder. After repeatedly moving them back to the right folder.

And I am still loosing pictures from my active listings. That is what ebay says is Auctiva

I lost 2 more today. They Show as active with auctiva and the Thumbnail picture is there with in my Auctiva store and ebay store. But the listing picture is now gone.

I have gone through my saved images and the picture is not there. But it is there in my Active listing. Something has changed I remember being able to go to my active listing and edit my Auctiva listing, then I would go to Ebay and make the changes too. That edit made it possible to get to my picture with auctiva and now its not possible.
Hi,

There are several other members reporting some very odd manipulations/deletions of images, etc. on their Auctiva accounts and active listings. I recommended they change their logon passwords to both Auctiva and eBay and make them different passwords to see if the problem stops. I would honestly do that as a precaution. If that suddenly stops the problems, let Auctiva know by opening a Support Case.

Have you recently run any spyware and antivirus scans of your computer? If not, I would before you change the passwords.
