I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing. Although it is not particularly uncommon for the Auctiva Uploader to generate an error of this nature on occasion, it is definitely unusual for such errors to occur consistently and I am not aware of any current technical difficulties which would explain that behavior.
If you are using the Java based version of the Auctiva Uploader (which is the case if you are using any browser other than Internet Explorer 10.0 or below), the first thing I recommend doing is using the tool on the following page to verify you are using the latest version of Java:
https://www.java.com/verify If that tool reports that you are not using the latest version of Java, go ahead and use the provided option to download the latest update and hopefully that will resolve your image uploading troubles.
