Images on ebay not showing up in auctiva store

I used ebay to list some books. Its easier because all of the info is right there when you have the ISBN number, and really, i didnt need but one pic... anyhow, none of the pics have showed up in the auctiva store window. I generated a new token (my feed back score had changed big time) but that didnt help. other times I have had the pics come up, so Im at a loss here. any suggestions?

Do you mean that the listing itself hasn't shown up in your Auctiva store or just the images?

just the images in the auctiva store and in the store window. there are images on each individual listing on ebay

I see what you mean, the pictures in your store.

I think it's been mentioned before if you use the Stock Photo that's linked to the ISBN number with eBay...then there's no way for Auctiva to "grab" that picture to upload it into your store or scrolling gallery.

Is this what you were getting at? You might have to grab the pic and manually revise to put the pic into Auctiva.

File a customer help ticket and they'll get back with you.
