Images say uploaded, not there

Hi, try cleaning out your browser cache...also try reconnecting to auctiva...you could just have a poor connect. These are just for starters, if it doesnt help...post back..good luck , william

Same with me. I have been trying all afternoon and into the evening. It says they are there and lists them by name but no pictures. I have tried all suggested sollutions multiple times. I have read the help files. I have told IE to allow popups. Free is good but not working is bad. Suggestions please.

Hey all,

I did all suggestions - still images do not show in my listing.
Had to manually revise the listing to add single picture. Pleas enote in the description field I'm missing a pic - only X there as well the sliding window only says: loading images.
I'm not able to supersize them as well
I can see them only on auctiva - if I select edit in 'manage images' - so they are properly uploaded.

Please do me a favour and check the ebay listing and let me know if the pics do show on ebay - link below.

I just installed Firefox - same thing.

Nope...I guess I'm one of those that hasn't had any problem with images.

I've been off and on Auctiva most of today, either designing new auctions or editing them with new pictures and then scheduling them.

No problems and all my auctions went up smooth as silk. I just checked 25 of my auctions, pics are there and viewable. I'm sorry you're experiencing this.

Which browser are you using? Have you cleaned the cache, history, temp files and then rebooted and started clean?

There's a stickie on the top of the forums, please check those and do as this thread suggests..if you see all of the items, well you'll see.

I'm so sorry you're experiencing this problem, I've been with Auctiva for well over a year and it has nothing to do with free, it's because the service works for me.

Yes support request has been made and the responce was this is in a known issue to the engineers and is being worked on. Problem is i have now tried all the posted solutions/remedies on 2 different computers and 2 different browsers (IE and Mozilla). Thought I was on to something good here but looks like I need to move on.

I'm sorry for your disappointment.
My images must be housed on another server as I've not had a problem.
I wish there was something else I could say to make you feel better about staying with Auctiva for a longer trial period.

Also keep in mind that it is possible to create your listings with images hosted elsewhere. You just have to tick the appropriate box in the listing page and then go through the steps.

I actually haven't used this feature yet myself but I'm glad that it's there.

Sorry you are having problems, I came here from inkfog and I have had nothing but success. These people are rarely down or have any problems since I got here a little over a month ago. I did when I got here switch to firefox browser. I think because of the language ebay requires, that all the auction hosts had to conform to the kind of scripts that ebay wanted used and this in turn caused all kinds of problems particularly with internet explorer. Since the change, I have an efficiently operating computer again. I hope this helps and auctiva is free, free, just free and has just about everything inkfrog says they have if they ever get their updates done.
