images still not uploading? !

Not aware of any problem except for maintenance this morning (Friday UK) would stop uploads, perhaps if you posted more information about how and what you are doing someone may be able to assist.

Alternatively file a support request with Auctiva.

I am having same problem--no pics showing, uploading fails--any ideas what is going on?

Hey ChooChooGuy how long is the maintenace supposed to last? All day every Friday? Last Friday the actual auctiva.com website was down and now today there are no pictures. I thought the scheduled maintenance was Fri Morning for an hour or so i.e. no big deal so why all this hassle on Fri afternoon? Might aswell get to imageshack and use selling manager pro if auctiva is a 6 day service....

Hi Danyelle6974, this is a most unusual length of down time, usually it is only to about 11am Friday morning UK time which is very handy for us here Auctiva having started it in our early hours for about 4 hours.

This is the first time I have known an outage this long in the two years I have been listing and using Auctiva for image hosting. I would expect it's all hands on deck at Auctiva to fix this as they will be well aware that Friday evening is the started of the weekend's peak selling time on eBay.

For all we know their image servers may be at a different location hence the site appears to be up but curiously if I enter 'manage images' a sea of red crosses there too.

Have faith I do, that they will have it fixed shortly.

Auctiva may be free but it makes money from the insurance at checkout... image hosting is the lure to get people relying on it and them to use the checkout. It is a business like any other. There is no reason in this day and age when hosting is so cheap for auctiva images to be a 6 day service.

Stil no images, went ot do listings and refused to upload images, please sort this out

Has anyone heard what's going on and when this will get fixed? It's killing me!!! I have auctions getting ready to end and the pics still are not showing up. I'M LOSING MONEY!!!
