Images uploaded with new uploader not showing

The images I uploaded since the new uploader started are NOT showing up on Ebay listings. They also do not show up in my Images folder here on Auctiva. Each one has an url and an image size, so it seems they were uploaded. Why are they not showing up??? How am I going to fix this??

Listings created prior to the new uploader are all still showing up.

I did read I can upload photos prior to doing my listings and use the older upload page which I now plan to do.

I use Mac OS 10.3.9 with Firefox latest 2.0 update.

The Applet is super slow. I realize my computer is now considered "old." But uploading photos is not a new technology.

Help, customers are contacting me and I'm losing money every day!

Sorry to hear about the problems you're having! This may sound redundant (forgive me if you've already tried this) but have you checked to make sure your system has the additional plugins/updates for Java? Applets enabled?

I'm not very familiar with Macs, so I can't be of much help....sorry!
