I'm having the same problem. I have written to them 3 times. This only started with they changed or updated this site it seams. No reply yet to my emails either. Let me know if you figure it out because I still haven't.
I am having problems I have never had before. When I go to upload the picture. I have to exit and enter to get my documents to show up properly.
Cannot get into my image folder.

My old computer crashed and I don't remember how I got there where I could do bulk upload. Right now I am only able to upload 1 by 1. I got message asking me to download the plugin, I did that and still got nowhere. Can someone tell me what I have to do?
