Good evening,

Whats the status of the ticket you sent to customer service? I'm just wondering as some tickets get answered but the email notifying the customer of the answer is booted out. You can always sign into Help and go directly to the ticket.

As far as importing the item over..I would send a customer help ticket in so they can know to jump start your item.

I wish I could help with the API problem.

My best,
Donna
Hi Princess Donna, I am also new and have relisted some items thru EBay. Is there any way to keep Auctiva listings updated when that happens. I am trying to do everything from Auctiva now, but I have relisted some old listings that did not get sold. Still a little confused about this process. But getting there. Thanks for all the help. Hi Community,

Listings that are posted directly through eBay will automatically be imported into your Auctiva account via an ongoing process. It typically takes 6-8 hours for a listings posted directly on eBay to be imported into the associated Auctiva account. However, this time lapse may vary based on the number of requests we are processing at any given time.

Listings posted through eBay will not show up in the Sellathon information because these listings will not have the Sellathon counter in them.

Hello, I am a newbie to Auctiva and have 2 questions. When I tried to import my existing ebay auctions, only the closed auctions were imported. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Also, I am a Canadian ebayer and am wondering if Auctiva has any plans to support ebay Canada? Auctiva seems very cool. I look forward to using it. Thanks.
