Hi. I am trying to use Auctiva for the first time. My listings were automatically imported upon my Auctiva registration on 12/10. Thank you. I relisted all listings on eBay's .10 listing day, 12/27, through the Vendio service I was used to. They always show which items are eligible for eBay Free Relist Policy if sold second time around. How do I now determine which of my imported listings are eligible for Free Relist Policy, and which will be new listings? On Vendio, when you relist, it shows whether it is a 'copy' or a Relist Eligible for Refund if the item sells. Do I need to delete all of the 12/10 imports and import all of the current item #s from eBay to be sure I am eligible for the Free Relist Policy? Thank you. Barb

Hi Barb,

Currently, to relist and be eligible for the lisiting fee reimbursement from eBay, you must relist directly through eBay.

Items relisted through Auctiva will not be eligible for this refund. However, if you relist an item through eBay that was created in Auctiva, it'll still have the Auctiva template, supersized images, etc.

We will be adding the ability to relist directly through Auctiva with our phase II release which is scheduled for May 2006.
