Importing Auctions not listed through Auctiva?

I hope I'm posting this in the right forum.

Is there some way to import a listing that is not showing on the marquee images banner/showcase thingie?

eBay has only one item (#160153789484) showing in my Seller's list, but it is not included in the Auctiva marquee at the bottom of the page.

However, the one's that aren't showing in my eBay Seller list, ARE showing an Auctiva marquee at the bottom. One of those 5 (of 6 total) is item #160153771960.

If I can import item #160153789484, then at least potential buyers can see my other items at the bottom of the page, even if they aren't searchable yet. Dang eBay!

Hi Terre,

Since item # 160153789484 has not been imported into your Auctiva account at the timne you wrote this message, I suspect that listing was posted directly through eBay. When listings are posted directly through eBay, it typically takes a few hours for them to be imported into your Auctiva account and have the potential to be displayed in the scrolling gallery.

This process is entirely automated, so there is no way for you to "force" an item to be imported into your Auctiva account, however, I just reviewed your account and verified that all of your active eBay listings are properly displayed within your Auctiva account.
