Importing auctiva listings to ebay

Hi,

It can take 6 hours or more for a new listings to categorize and index for search after listing. If they appear on your "My eBay" page, they are listed (and a good check). That can happen whether the listing is done from Auctiva or eBay (complaints abound in both Forums over the delay). Time in the process can depend somewhat on the item or its category, as eBay is scrutinizing listings more and more for Trust & Safety checks. It can also depend on time or day of the week, and weekends are the worst (obvious due to heavy submissions).

Items listed directly at eBay won't have the Scrolling Gallery (SG), i.e. only new listings directly made from Auctiva will automatically add the code for the SG. You can manually add the HTML code for the SG to an active (use eBay Revise Listing) or implant the code for off-Auctiva listing method. You get the code on the STORE tab page (below SG).

Listings made directly at eBay will also eventually be discovered by the Auctiva update process and populate the Auctiva Store. Usually, it's about 4-6 hours between updates. If it doesn't happen after 12 hours, I'd notify Auctiva with Support Case.
