Hi Twins_fund,

Welcome to Auctiva! Whether or not it is safe to close your SSB account now that your listings have been imported into Auctiva depends on whether you have active listings that have Seller Sourcebook hosted templates and images.

I'm not quite sure what SSB does with the images and templates in a user's listings once that user closes his account, but I believe it is likely they would delete the images and possible yet unlikely that they would strip the template images from the active listings. It may be a good idea to touch base with their customer support team for further clarification in that regard.

In any event, if you currently have active listings that use SSB images and templates, you will probably want to revise those listings to contain Auctiva hosted images and templates before closing your SSB account to be on the safe side. In order to revise your active listings to contain Auctiva hosted images and templates, you would need to edit each listing via the following process:

1) Recreate the listing in Auctiva and click "Save". Since you will only be revising the item description, it is only necessary to fill out the “Item Details” section of the lister page.
2) Once you have finished, click the "Save" button.
3) Return to your Saved Listings page and click the <HTML> icon next to the listing.
4) Highlight and copy the HTML that appears in the pop-up window.
5) Visit the item on eBay and click the “Revise your item” link.
6) Scroll down about 1/3 the page to the “Description” section and click the "HTML" tab on the editor.
7 Delete the html that is already there, paste the copied html in its place, and save your changes.

If you do not have any active listings that contain SSB images and templates, you should be able to safely close your account with them. If you have any other questions about this, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
