importing listings from ebay

I've got about 100 active listings in ebay and when I generated my token (which said successful), auctive imported 14 of my listings. How do I get it to import all of them?

Hi krissytemp,

All of your active listings should automatically be imported into your Auctiva account and be displayed on your Active Listings page within about 12 hours of when you generate your token. If all of your items still have not been imported, that would be something our customer support team will need to help you out with.
