IMPORTING LISTINGS FROM EBAY to STORE WINDOW

I just started using Auctiva and tried the store window last night All listings from before are imported don't know what I did Now I am trying to import and can't I must have a brain freeze or......?

The import process is done automatically about every 4-6 hours so you're not missing anything. If you feel this process has been delayed for any reason, feel free to file a support case and our support staff will assist you.
