importing new listings from Ebay

Hi

I posted some listings on eBay about 48 hours ago and they haven't shown up in the Listings nor in the Showcase and Store Windows.

Although I have 135 listings, only 88 are available in the showcase. Aside from that, I've been getting an error message when I try to edit the Showcase items. The error message I get is: ERROR No data for selection.

I was wondering if you have suggestions on how to fix this issue.

We only see that you have 1 item running on eBay right now. Do you have another eBay userID that you are using, besides brum2000?

Kevin, brum has 3 pages of listings on the Phillipine site. I went to their about me page to get to it.

I do see that they have quite a few duplicate auctions. Could the duplicate pics have something to do with it?

I do see that all 135 listings are showing up in Brum's showcase now. Looks like it might have just taken a bit to update.

I'm still having a problem with my Active Listing. When I try to access the page, I still get the following error: An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues.

Aside for that, I am still having problems viewing my Showcase and Store Windows.

I can now only see 76 items instead of the 135 items I have listed.

The Showcase, which still has an error message on the top, got stuck with this entry:
77 - Blank Description - $3000 - Blank Item Number - 10/12/2005 9:55:24 AM

The Store, which shows the 76 items gets an error on Pages 4-5. This is the error I get: An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues.

I was wondering if you could help me fix this problem so my listings in all sites would be updated.

Thanks for pointing out this to us. It turns out you helped us find a bug in processing users within 6 hours.

Your items are appended with the store window now. And we are working to correct the problem that caused your items to wait 14 hours until they were appended with the store window.

I was hoping something can be done about the problems I've mentioned above. Its been more than 6 days already.

The showcase pages and your active listings pages are now showing as they should. We put a new version of the site up today and it looks like we've fixed all of the problems you were experiencing.
