In my listing the showcase don't work ???

Reading the message boards today shows that Auctiva has turned off the Store Window for 50% of the user community...

They are having server issues right now...

Perhaps give it a bit and look later.

Also, it sometimes takes a while (4-6 hours) if you have a new account for things to start working.

Hello: Does anyone know how long it will be before the showcases are working? I listed several items to eBay almost 24 hours ago. When I look at the showcase there still are no photos of my items. It just says images are uploading. Thank you.

Hi cathyg,

There was a period of time after yesterday's update during which store window images were not being generated automatically.

I have just initiated the command by which your Auctiva store images will be created. Once this process, which may take 2-4 hours, has been completed, these images should be visible in your Auctiva store window.

Hello again Mike. I am still having trouble with some of my showcase items not showing up. The new listings I put on Friday show up fine, it is the listings I put on Thursday that don't show. They say "loading image".
Can you help me with that?
