Incomplete template being listed

Dear Wizard Massfodd, oooooh, It sounds to me like you are not selecting the sellers details for your listing. Once you select a template, you will see a box for you to select sellers details. The Profile and Sellers Details are two different things. Profile refers to the product and Details are your selling rules. Check your listing and see if that is the problem. That was it - thank you so much. For any others having this problem and reading this string the Seller Details tab is right of the template choice. Seller Details is the lower half of the template that includes your personal descriptions regarding shipping, returns, etc. Without selecting this tab (and saving in your profile) your listing will have the template show for the description of your item only.

I'm having the SAME PROBLEM, after selecing a template, I see the list, but I can only pick ONE, and I have 8! Also, ALL BUT ONE HAVE TOTALLY DISAPPEARED ON ME AND I SPEANT ALL DAY WORKING ON THEM!!!! Sorry for yelling...Just VERY frustrated... Can you help me? Please? How do I recover ALL THAT DATA I typed in that literally took me about 6 hours! And how do I use it? I got "ONE" at a time to work, but couldn't figure out how to get more than one seller detail to work, and obviously, I need ALL that I created to work. HELP!!!! From a newbie that wants to make money WITHOUT Turbolister and paying lots of extra fees and still having an ugly listing. Thanks in advance for your donated time...When I learn more about this program, I'll donate as much of my time as possible to helping others... The main thing now is that all but ONE TOPIC (Payment) is just GONE! And before they were gone, I would only be able to select ONE of them, not more than one, or all of them, in a nutshell, that's my problem. Also, NONE of my store categories are showing up, AND only ONE out of my TEN active listings are showing and it's showing NO BIDS when there are ACTUALLY "6" bids and the price is up to $51 on that item, created with TurboLister.

Any advice on any of this from anyone would be VERY GRATEFUL!

UPDATE: NOW PAYMENT IS GONE TOO, JUST ALL OF A SUDDEN - GONE! NOW NONE OF THE THINGS I WORKED SO HARD ON ALL DAY EXIST! WHERE DID THEY GO? THEY HAVE TO BE "SOMEWHERE" OR DID I LOSE THEM FOREVER, EVEN THOUGH I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THEM?? Sorry for yelling, I'm just so upset that I spent all that time... I saw what Auctiva could do, how it could save money, and jumped in, not knowing what I was doing. PLEASE HELP ME...I WILL BE UP ALL NIGHT/DAY TOMORROW TRYING TO FIGURE THIS OUT...I guess I have "OCD" LOL, because this is all I can think about, plus the fact that i literay spent HOURS creating all these seller details and couldn't get them to work (well, I could get any "ONE" to work) when they WERE THERE! Thanks in advance to anyone that will help...All of my other messages are stil relevant, so I won't ask those questions again, but I do still need answers, PLEASE - SOMEONE - And I vow to help people in this commmunity once "I" learn more about this program, as time permits.
