Insert Information from old listings into Auctiva Templates

Does/ca anyone take old listing information that is not HTML and somehow insert it into an Auctiva template?
Or do you just have to start from scratch?
I have a number of old listings that I would like to do this with, but not being a teckkie, would like some advice.

You can copy and paste the info into the description area of the lister and pick one of auctiva's templates to insert it into.

If its a closed listing on ebay you can import it into Auctiva and make the needed changes to it and relist it

Does this mean that I can only use the auctions already listed on ebay? I have many auctions already saved on Auctiva?
