I was wondering if there was anyway that i can use Auctiva to add a bulk vacation listing into all of my auctions?

No, Auctiva does not provide any functionality that would assit you with adding a vacation message in bulk to all of your active listings. If you have an eBay store, I believe there is a way you can temporarily put a hold on your listings for the duration of your vacation though.
For additional advice on how you can manage your auctions while you are on vacation, I recommend contacting eBay's customer support department.

hi - what i meant was i have a few lines that i would like to insert to every auction advising payment timelines - so like how auctiva showcases what i have listed in all my items i would like to insert something in bulk rather then having to go through all 103 of my auctions

Thanks for the clarification. Auctiva does not provide any tools would help you edit your active listings in bulk. Ebay provides some bulk editing functionality, which is explained on the following page of their help index: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/questions/revise-item.html. However, it looks like you can only revise 10 items at a time, and I'm not sure if adding to the description is one of the listing aspects that can be revised in bulk.

The auctiva showcase thing-y that is in all of my auctions - when i set that up u didnt have to go to every auction and put it in - can i put my own words into that html? if so how?

You could potentially place your own words in the scrolling gallery title, which is the line of text that appears along the top of the gallery.
If you are interested in doing so, please click the "Edit Scrolling Gallery" link under the "Store" tab within your account, place your vacation message in the "Top Text (Title):" field and save you changes. Once you make this change, it would be reflected in your active listings the next time the scrolling gallery refreshes, which it does about every 4 hours.
