Thanks for posting your question here. I'm afraid that we do not have a custom template tag that could be used to automatically place the Item Specifics information you have entered for each listing in a certain spot in your custom template, but I have passed your feedback about this to our developers as a suggestion for future consideration.
As it stands now, I believe the most efficient way to incorporate your Item Specifics into your template would be to type them directly into the description editor when creating your items. They would then show up where the [DESCRIPTION] or [DESCRIPTION_AND_IMAGES] tag exists in the template.
