Inserting images directly to description?

Hi hockeyfam,

Thanks for posting your question here. When you use the "Insert an Auctiva Hosted Images" button on the description editor to place images directly into the description editor, the images will appear within the editor in the full size at which they were uploaded.

While it is possible to resize an image once it has been placed within the description editor by selecting a corner and dragging it toward the center of the image, you may noticably lose some quality when doing so. If that will not work for you, it will probably be best to resize the images as desired before uploading them into Auctiva.

When you use this button to add an image within the description editor, the image should be added right where your cursor was prior to clicking the button. However, if you end up with several that are on the same horizontal line, you should be able to adjust them so they are aligned vertically by placing your cursor between each pair of images and pressing the "Enter" key.

hi mike, i tried inserting images directly into description (telosa3) and failed..i wrote back and forth with the techs..all they could offer was changing from i.e. 7 to foxfire...i thought maybe before doing all that..i could see if im doing it wrong..i go to my right lower corner of the description box. click on the mountain ...insert pics..ITS CONFIRMED...and yet nothing is showing... i even saved it hoping that would do it..NADA...HELP!
