Inserting photo in active listing

I have tried to insert a photo in an active listing, but when I check the box for doing this a pop up window flashes only briefly and then I recieve a message that states no image was downloaded. I have settings to allow pop ups. What could the problem be? I have the photos downloaded on Auctiva.

Hi retro,

It sounds like there may be a pop-up blocker activated on your system or browser that is preventing the "Add Images" pop-up window from being displayed. Even though the pop-up blocker on your browser may be disabled, there could still be another pop-up blocker, perhaps associated with a toolbar or internet security product you have running, that is causing this problem.

In any event, once you have disabled all of the pop-up blockers on your system or browser, you should no longer experience this problem.
