It seems I'm always adding funds into the insurance balance and on occasion I do see the amount that I've made uning Auctiva Ins but what happens to the money. Does it go into our Insurance account for future listings and if so why don't we get a report on it so we can see that the money given to us has actually been given.

Your retaining your profit. For example, you charge 1.30 for insurance, Auctiva then charges you 1.05 which you have to deposit, the .25 stays in your possesion.

However, I do agree, there should be a feature displaying what we've made (accumulated).
