I need an answer to this question. If our customers go through the auctiva checkout and I have my auctions set up for requiring ins. am I being charged for the insurance cost if that customer ends up not paying for their item? I've had quite a run of NPB lately and when I go into my sales transactions on Auctiva I see that insurance was purchased simply by them going through the checkout process. Are we being charged for this insurance weather we get paid or not? I'm just not clear how this all works and hope someone can clarify it for me.
