Since I can't seem to have Live Chat work or them actually email me anything (good thing they are charging now...) I'll post my problem here. I received an email saying if I didn't pay my $2.90 insurance balance Auctiva insurance would be disabled. I paid the balance immediately then got another email a couple days later again saying if I didn't pay off my balance of $0 insurance would be disabled. A couple days later I tried to schedule a listing and it had the insurance disabled on the listing. I even created a new listing and it has the same problem. I guess I could try to see if it actually works but was wondering if anyone had the same problem.

You just posted yesterday, but they do seem to be good about reading these boards tho. But it's frustrating to wait without any idea if they'll see it and then answer.

Nope no one ever contacted me from Auctiva even though the claim reporting said they did.
