I was doing a new listing this morning and when I got to the insurance, it wouldn't let me use it because I didn't have enough in my account. I added $10.00 and it does show in my account, but the listing still shows "Disabled". I waited 1/2 hour, but it still won't work. I created a new listing, but it didn't help. Any suggestions? You used to have a help e-mail/contact desk, but I don't find that any more. Do I have to post a discussion for help now?
