Yes, there is an Auctiva shipping insurance confirmation message that can be emailed to your buyer when an Auctiva shipping insurance policy has been purchased for the item. You can see an example of what one of these emails would look like by clicking the "View Insurance" link next to an insured item on your Auctiva Transactions page.

As it states in the "Send Email" section on the bottom of the page, the email that is sent to the buyer will contain everything in the confirmation area except for the "Total Cost to You" statement.

If you would like to send one of these emails to your buyers, you will actually want to use the "Send Mail" button on the bottom of the "View Confirmation" page. If you are purchasing your insurance policies manually through the Transactions page, there is also a box you can check during the purchase process to make the confirmation email go out to the buyer.
