It seems to me there have been chages with the insurance confirmatin page. I am unhappy with the fact that it appears the customer can see that I am making money on insurance. Customers these days are very particular about paying a single penny extra. Besides, it is none of their business what the insurance costs me. All they need to know is that I purchased insurance for their package.

I wish you would remove the 'total cost to you' line from the email when we send it to our customers.

If you use the 'additional insurance charge' field for Auctiva Shipping Insurance to increase the charge to the buyer to $1.35 then that is what they will see in the email.

You can actually test this yourself (if you have already purchased insurance for a transaction through Auctiva). Just go to the transaction page, click View Insurance for a transaction, and then fill in your ownemail address. You will then receive a copy of exactly what the buyer will be seeing.
