Insurance options....

As long as select "Flat rate" when making a shipping profile then I have the option of insurance other than Auctiva but as soon as I change to the "Calculated rate" then ONLY Auctiva insurance is available.
Why? Is there a problem with using postal insurance with calculated shipping?

We recently removed the word "Auctiva" that preceded shipping insurance on the calculated shipping page. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
