I have just read this post written by other sellers:

"I have been having a problem for a couple of days now when trying to list via Auctiva.I keep getting an API error saying that I cannot post until I sign Ebays International Seller Agreement.

I have since signed the agreement but still keep getting the same error.I have contacted Auctiva and Ebay but they are blaming each other.I can list items Internationally using Ebay tools without a problem but don't wish to do this as it is tedious and I can't have as many photos on my listings.

As a work around I decided to use the auctiva listing but remove the international shipping options with a view to adding them back via Ebay but now when I try to list I get this error: -

To help new private sellers like you get used to selling and delivering the level of customer service you need to succeed, we do not offer bulk editing and listing tools to new private sellers. Since you are new to selling in the UK, you will not be able to use a bulk editing / listing tool at this time. When 90 days have passed after your first sale and you have 10 or more feedback points as a seller (feedback points as a buyer do not count in this case), you will automatically be able to use bulk edit / listing tools. In the meantime, please use the Sell Your Item form or Easy Lister to list your items.

I HAVE BEEN SELLING ON EBAY FOR YEARS! :P

Is nobody else experiencing this problem?"

AND this is exactly the problem I encounter! I have signed that international agreement several times and received the equivalent number of confirmation e-mails, BUT I still couldn't successfully export my listing to ebay... Anyone know the solution to this?
