If you're using the AOL browser, that very well may be the culprit. We've heard many AOL users report a similar problem. If this is the case, please use an alternate browser when visiting the Auctiva site. We recommend Internet Explorer 6.0 or Mozilla Firefox for best performance with our site. If you do not have an alternate a free download of Firefox is available at http://www.mozilla.com
