invalid Ebay Token

Hello all. It has been a long time since I have used Auctiva, and as a result of that, I could not remember my old username, so I created a new account. As a result of this, I keep getting this error:

An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?

I cannot figure out how to fix this. Anyone able to help? Thanks.

Hi, you'll need to send an email to Support about this, include your ebay username & they should be able to find the account, and either give you the login details or delete the account
