Seems no matter how many times I validate the auctiva ebay token, it keeps saying invalid token.

In my message alerts, it states the following....

It is possible I have 2 accounts, but I do not know the other account login. I know the email, the password, but not the username.

I need to close the old account after I somehow find the old username, is there any way to do this? and if and when I do this, will I then be able to verify my token?
