Invalid pricing for flat rate shipping options ? can list auctions all day

I have checked my settings and can not list anything because of the above message. I do not use Auctiva check out and do not see where I have a setting wrong?

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong as this is all I get
Invalid pricing for flat rate shipping options.

HI,
I'm pretty new too. Trying to use the functions. I got an error about shipping not being ok for my auction that had no immediate shipping charge. I had to NOT select "see description." Perhaps that will help.
