Invoices and 1-Day listings

First of all, I would like to say that I absolutely love Auctiva. I found this tool in my second week selling on Ebay, and things have never been easier. I felt like I discovered gold or I had just won $100 after I started to use Auctiva.

MY SUGGESTIONS:

1) Auctiva would be better if it provided some sort of invoice template that is automatically filled out for you. All the user would have to do is select 'print', and the invoice for the sale would print.

2) I could not find a way to list items for 1 day. 3 days seems to be the shortest amount of time you can list using Auctiva.

I would like to see an invoice with all the info too.

You can have 1-day listings if you use Auction format, but 3-days is the shortest duration if you are selling in the Fixed Price format (same as if you were listing directly on ebay.)

Thank you for the response California_Dreamin'. What about this next topic?

I have made a custom email that should be sent to the winning bidder after the auction closes. However, I do not receive confirmation of any kind that the customer did receive my custom email. All I can see in my email inbox is the standard invoice that Auctiva sends out to winning bidders.

I would like a confirmation note in my Auctiva account or a confirmation email sent to me explaining that the customer did indeed receive the custom email.

If this feature is already available, please teach me how to activate it.
