iPad iPhone not showing gallery

In checking my own listings my scrolling gallery appears OK when viewed on a PC. It does not appear when checking using iphone iPad ebay app. I have also checked via safari on iPhone iPad and again no gallery.
I use the copy and paste HTML code for the gallery as my ebay account is new so does not yet allow auctiva functionality.

Could others confirm this is the same for them?

Is there a way to get this to work?

Hi Basementbits,

Thanks for posting your question here. The Auctiva scrolling gallery is powered by Flash, which is not currently supported by the iOS operating systems that are used by Apple's mobile devices such as the iPhone and iPad. Therefore, it is expected that the scrolling gallery will not show up when you view your listings on those devices.
