Thanks for contributing to our forum. Although the Auctiva mobile app does not currently support the Item Condition field, which is a required field for some categories, we are aware of the demand for that option and it will be considered as we are planning future updates to the mobile app.
If you create a listing through the mobile app which you know cannot be posted to eBay successfully since the Item Condition cannot be specified, you can send the item directly to your Auctiva.com account using the “Upload” button available on the Edit Listing page.
Doing so will send the details of the listing to the Saved Listings page within your Auctiva account and you should then be able to post it from there after adding the Item Condition and any other details (such as an Auctiva template) you may want to add.
