Yes, got this message tonight. I wrote support updating previous request that was being investigated so I do not know if others are having but I did a few minutes ago. Anyone know if tomorrow is Auctiva work day for US personnel?

8:08 a.m. eastern time:

Tried to relist from saved listing page clicked the post button, auctiva note asking if I wanted to post came up. I clicked OK. .waited waited. . dum, dum, dum, dum, waited some more. This is pain since you have to click each repost item because Auctiva will not let you hit and hold to get boxes series of boxes checked. Got this note:

Anyone else??? Yes, am writing support too.
8:15 a.m. After writing support again, go back in to find that they DID POST, NO NOTICE that they posted was getting ready to try again & noticed they posted. Same exact problem few weeks ago when I had to go back and delete 100 or more listings that were duplicated. Auctiva if it posts it needs to show it posted? Obviously, NOT issue on my end.

Thankfully did not post all of those again and have to go and end which costs me $$$$
On Friday or Saturday I reported a similar problem. An item that I had scheduled, showed that it did NOT relist.

I went ahead and rescheduled it and then while i was looking at my active listings, i noticed that it did repost. Had i gone ahead with the reschedule, I would have had a duplicate, something I was suspended for previously.

I filed a support ticket. After four explanations, documentation etc back and forth and being repeatedly told that I did not schedule through Auctiva, I gave up.

over the weekend, I filed another support ticket, after getting the error code approximately four times. Again support insisted that nothing was going on, despite repeated attempts to provide documentation.

lookandbuyme--both your error code experience is real and was experienced several times during the weekend (by me) and the failed notifications of items posted to ebay are real.

Thank you for posting to the forum at least i know, ITS NOT JUSTME
Hate to be an idiot here.. but WHY do they think you would you schedule elsewhere when you can schedule here for free??? Most I know that schedule do not schedule elsewhere and have to pay for that service.

Hopefully someone in US is working today and can give us some knowledge of what is going on.

This has been issue for quite awhile now (for those of you who think we have just started new thread on this, the old one was closed for discussion by auctiva so I assume that is why new one was begun.

Note as stated, itsjustme and I both have written support so we are not sidewinding that step, just want to know if others are having issues??? If so please report them also.

Thanks
