Is anybody working today?

Hi Roberta,

I checked several of your active listings and I can see images in your listings and in your store window. Are you still experiencing this problem?

If so, can you please provide an item # or two of items that are missing their images so we can investigate this issue?

Thanks for answering me, they seem to be working right now. Some of them were and were not showing my products.
I do want to ask you if there is anyway that the time limit in my scrolling store window can be set differently? It moves quickly until one pops up to preview, that one stays there for a few seconds before changing. I was thinking it was there too long until you can see the next one pop up and perhaps people don't want to wait to see the next one.
Any ideas on this?

Hi Roberta,

There's not a way to change your scrolling window to wait less time on each item as it scrolls. If a customer doesn't want to wait they can scroll the window themselves by clicking on one of the outer items, which will bring that item to the center.
