Is anyone else having major problems with Auctiva today?

It is no use filing a support question they keep telling you to do the same thing, the only thing I can get to work half the time is logging in and out~ the auction will not save, will not error check keeps hanging, wasting so much time redoing auctions over and over, suggestion...copy everything to word from your description or you will lose it! anyone have any suggestions besides emptying my cookies and files, and reloading and relogging in????

Hi sammys36, only other thing I can think of is your fire wall perhaps the settings are to high,don't know if that is the problem but might be worth checking.Paul.

I can't sign into my account. Says my password is wrong when I try to sign in through IE. However, I can sign in through Mozilla, but suddenly can no longer upload pics through Mozilla. What the?.....Have uploaded pics through Mozilla many times. This is the fifth problem the last month or so, what happened to the this service I told so many people to use? Most have stayed with their regular turbo and Vendio, lucky them!

How bout checking to see if you have any pop up blockers blocking that particular page?

It's been a common factor at times.

I've not had problems in ages. I've been here a year.
