I've been having an issue lately that is absolutely frustrating. When my listing is ready to be posted to eBay, I go to the bottom of the page and click ''POST'' but instead of posting my listing, I find myself back at the top of the ''New Listing'' page and all the fields are blank. No error message, nothing. Just a blank ''New Listing'' page. Everything I've just done is lost and I have to re-enter all the information again. It usually posts the 2nd time around. As a precaution, I've been copying & pasting all the information to wordpad but that defeats the purpose of paying for this service. I've emailed support but they say they won't investigate until they've had other complaints. So is anyone else...anyone at all...having this same problem?? My cache is emptied 2-3x weekly and my computer is only 3 months old so it's rocket-fast. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

I still don't see posts from anyone else having this problem but for me, it continues daily. I lose my listings if I don't click SAVE within 1 or 2 minutes. If I even go answer the phone and I'm gone more than 2 minutes, when I press SAVE or POST it sends me to a blank listing page. The only information retained is the item title. I've tried both AOL and Internet Explorer but the problem persists. Auctiva says the problem isn't on their end so they won't investigate. I can't do this anymore. Is anyone...anyone at all...having this same issue? It's been happening to me for MONTHS and today is the last straw. I don't want to leave Auctiva but I can't continue to fill out the listing form again and again and again. Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I used to have that problem (hitting POST after completing a listing) but this was some years back. I switched to Firefox and now for years I RARELY have any problems at all (knock on woodSmile
I swear by Firefox, it seems to work perfectly with everything...
If you try Firefox and continue to have this problem, I would contact support, obviously something's not right Frown
A couple of suggestions: Before you click on save or post, click on the error check and see if there is a problem.

Download Mozilla Firefox and try that as a browser. If you need help doing this lots of us can guide you.

I regularly clear my cache when i close down but if i don't close down for a day or two it really messes up auctiva.

Let us know how you are finding these suggestions.
Have you tried this?

We now offer an easy way to save your listing description, so if you lose a listing you were in the middle of creating, you can restore the text that was in your description editor the next time you log into your account. By default, this setting is disabled.

To enable the Auto-Save feature:

1. Hover your cursor over the My Account tab and click on "Account Preferences."
2. In the Listing Management section, find the "Automatically Save Description" setting and choose "Yes" from the drop-down menu.
3. Be sure to save your changes by clicking on the "Update Account Preferences" button at the bottom of the Account Preferences box.
