Is Auctiva allowed or not?

I had a couple of listings removed by ebay for breaches of their policies. I asked them to clarify, and this morning received the following response.

I have reviewed your account, and found a number of items in violation
of this policy. For example with item number 19010xxxxxx. Upon right
clicking a pop up message is shown. As this would not appear on other
eBay pages this violates policy.

I would advise you to amend your listings according.

The pop up message appears when someone right clicks on the image. The message states ''images protected by Auctiva''.

Can someone please clarify? I have over 2,400 listings on there, all listing using Auctiva, which means they all have this.
I simply cannot go through all the listings changing them.

I have now disabled auctiva image protection in my auctiva a/c settings. How long does this take to filter through to my listings?
After I disabled it, I was still getting the same pop message on my listings

It will not update your current listings - only those that you create after you've made the change!
