is auctiva broken please??

I cannot find an ended advert so that i may list it again adding photos the advert no longer appears to exsist, can anyone help me please.

Hi cazzlewacker,

It can sometimes take a few hours once a listing has closed for it to show up in the Closed Listings folder within your Auctiva account, so it is possible the listing just needs a little extra time to show up. If the listing has been removed from eBay, that could also prevent it from being imported into your Auctiva account.

If ample time has already elapsed and you are still not seeing this item within your Auctiva account, please contact our customer support team using the appropriate link on our help page, http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx , and we'll be happy to look into this issue for you.
