Is Auctiva under Construction this evening (GMT)?

I was just able to do a listing, but when I did the preview, it had that I did not have shipping, only pickup. I checked the new form and had calculated shipping checked.

They just have to get the little bugs out.

Hey all, Ive also run into these little glitches, If you need to list a item right now at this moment then this is how I am doing it. List everything with flat rate shipping. Ignore the pickup only when you look at preview and list the item. Make sure the shipping amount is super high so no one bids before you can get to ebay and revise the listing to calculated shipping. If your listing is flat rate then it should list fine. I just left my international shipping locations the same and put no international shipping in the check box. when you go to ebay it still shows the places you will ship.

I've managed to do another listing, but it doesn't recognise the postage either.
Just says local pickup which is crazy!
What's going on?

Hey, Thanks so much for that. Did like you said and guess what: all my shipping rates were correct in the posting. So maybe it's just the preview that goes wrong?
Unfortunately, I've wasted so much time messing around with Auctiva this evening that I won't have time for another listing.

I live in the UK Auctiva is not accessable, do we have any idea how long it will be off-line, it is a pain!

Hi again, I live in Ireland and Auctiva isn't working at all again this morning.
Got up early to do some listing to make up for time lost last nite messing around with Auctiva, but this morning I only get the message that Auctiva is under construction.
What's happening PLEASE?

Managed to do a posting, but I had to go in via Auctiva Message Boards (www.auctiva.com doesn't open for me).
Still the same with the postage: on preview it shows pick-up only, but the actual listing on eBay shows the correct postage. Strange!...

Hi, I can not access Auctiva either through www.auctiva.com.
I can only access it by http://www.auctiva.com/?how=scLnk0

Everything else is fine.

I`m in the UK too, auctiva is working ok BUT after inserting postage and countries correctly - my listing are showing as `will not post, local pick up only` so Listers PLEASE check all your listings before you submit to ebay.

Same here, I thought I would have a go at another site but they are nothing compared to auctiva. So will have to sit and wait them out. Oh, I`m so bored.........

Wasted hours again. So many things going wrong. And some of my listings didn't post cos it said I hadn't specified shipping when, of course, I'd given all my rates.
At this rate, I will revert to regular eBay postings. Less hassle!
