Is everyone else having problems with the scrolling window?

I have been consistantly having problems with things showing up in the scrolling window and the store window. I filed a support request last week and it was fixed pretty quickly. In the past I have had this same problem and once the request was filed it seemed to get fixed. Today I have only 3 of 8 pictures showing up. I did all my listings thru Auctiva. I filed a request over 5 hours ago and have not received a response - I usually get a response much quicker. Just wondering if this is a problem everyone else is having or just me

I have 14 of 30 items as of the moment showing up. I really dont know how many it will actually display but its been adding them over the last few hours one at a time. It was only 8 just a little while ago so by tomorrow maybe they will all be there on mine.

Mine look okay. I think we're at 16 images right now, but maybe it's gone back down to 12 -- I'm not positive, I lose track...

I still only have 3 pictures of 8 -- the other 5 say they are loading but never load. The store window says pictures not available. The pictures do show up in the actual listing. Still no response to my support request

This is a bit misleading. Brandon responded to your support request within 1 minute of you filing the case (let's see any competitor or even eBay do that).

However, we did not solve your case immediately, but to imply that you did not receive a response is incorrect.
